Matter Series · SA-7903
What kind of Matter controller does SA-7903 need?
The SA-7903 uses Matter over Thread technology and requires a Matter-enabled controller. Compatible devices include: Apple HomePod mini, Apple TV 4K (3rd generation or later), Google Nest Hub (2nd generation), Amazon Echo (4th generation), or Samsung SmartThings Hub. Any one of these will work.
Can it be used simultaneously with Apple Home and Google Home?
Yes. The Matter standard supports multi-platform sharing, so the same SA-7903 can be added to both Apple Home and Google Home simultaneously, allowing control from both apps without needing to purchase multiple devices.
Does SA-7903 installation require tools or drilling?
No. The SA-7903 uses 3M adhesive for installation, directly attaching to the door frame and door panel. The entire process takes about 2 minutes and requires no tools or drilling.
Can SA-7903 still be used during power outages or internet disconnections?
The SA-7903 uses a Thread Mesh network, allowing direct communication between devices, so local network automation can still operate. However, remote notifications (mobile alerts) require an internet connection to be received.
Old Series · SigmaCasa Series
Can the old series and SA-7903 be interconnected?
They cannot be directly interconnected. The old series (SigmaCasa Series) uses Bluetooth / Wi-Fi protocol and requires the SA-7113 central control unit; the Matter Series uses the Matter over Thread standard and connects directly to four major platforms. The two systems are not compatible.
Do I definitely need the SA-7113 central control unit to use old series products?
Yes. The old series (SigmaCasa Series) requires the SA-7113 Smart Central Controller to use remote control and automation functions. The Matter Series (SA-7903) does not require a central control unit.

What is the product warranty period?
All SigmaCasa products come with a one-year manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, covering hardware failures not caused by human factors. To claim warranty service, please have your proof of purchase and a description of the issue ready, and contact customer service at service@sigmacasa.com.
How long does shipping take? Is it available nationwide?
Free shipping is available nationwide (including outlying islands), with delivery in 2–3 business days after placing an order. For expedited processing, please contact customer service in advance to confirm.
Can I apply for returns or exchanges?
Within 7 days of receiving the product, if there is a defect or it does not match the description, you can apply for a return or exchange. Please keep the original packaging and contact customer service for assistance. According to consumer protection laws, electronic products that have been unsealed cannot be returned unless they are defective.
